RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. We don’t offer returns if you

  • changed your mind
  • ordered the wrong product
  • found the product cheaper elsewhere
  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, such as if the fault was  indicated in the photos or item description online
  • damaged the product by misusing it – for example, you dropped your uhf radio in water
  • used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

2. Refunds or Replacements  for faulty or damaged items under warranty 

2.1 CHAOS 4X4 will happily honor any valid warranty claims,

We only repair or replace items if they are defective If you have a faulty item send us an email at info@chaos4x4.com.au and we will organize a return shipping label for you to send the goods back to us for the manufacture to assess for warranty.

2.2 Customers will also be required to if a product has been damaged in transit send us an email at info@chaos4x4.com.au within 24 hours of receiving goods and we will organize a return shipping label for you to send the goods back to us we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect CHAOS 4X4 to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
